At Ocean Home, we strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We have implemented a comprehensive return and exchange policy to ensure a seamless experience. Please review the following guidelines:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in pristine condition. It should include all price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, and the invoice copy.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team at +91 9829837947 or email us at care@oceanhomestore.com.
Please note that many of our products are handcrafted and may have slight variations. These variations are a testament to the artisanal nature of the product and do not qualify as defects.
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect or discrepancy in the description. These include gift items and custom-made products.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for further instructions.
• The returned product must be shipped back to Ocean Home at your own cost, using a reliable and trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring the shipment as well.
• Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange.
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding shipping charges.
• In the case of wrong item/color/size sent by Ocean Home, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
The following situations do not qualify for refunds or exchanges:
• Minor design and color variations, as handmade products may have slight differences.
• Incorrect or outdated delivery address provided by the customer.
• After three failed delivery attempts by the courier.
• Package refused by the recipient.
• Products returned in a used, damaged, or non-resalable condition.
Please note that we do not provide pick-up services for international returns. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange and bear the cost of return shipping as per Ocean Home's policy.
For international orders, customs duty may be applicable. Please be aware that duty charges will not be refunded in case of returns. We kindly request you to consider this before placing an international order.
