Shipping Policy
We offer shipping services to all postal services within India and the United States. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. To ensure a smooth delivery process, kindly provide us with your complete street address and a valid zip code.
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email regarding the delivery of your order to the email address provided during registration. Shipping charges are calculated separately and can be viewed in your cart while reviewing your order. The shipping charge is determined based on the weight and destination of the product. If you order multiple products from the same category, the weights of all units will be combined, and a single delivery fee will be charged.
Once your order is shipped, it generally takes 2-8 business days for domestic (India) delivery and may take up to 14-20 business days for international orders. Please note that some orders may experience delays due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping partner delays. We will make every effort to resolve such issues promptly.
We offer the convenience of cash on delivery (COD) for most of our products. However, please be aware that COD is not available for ceramics and furniture categories. If your cart contains products from these categories, you will not be able to select the COD option for other eligible products in the same cart. Additional charges may apply for COD orders. We kindly request that you choose the COD option only when you are certain about your purchase, as a lot of effort goes into careful order processing. Refusing to receive an ordered packet causes inconvenience and unnecessary hassle.
All orders are shipped through recognized and registered courier services. The delivery of your shipment is subject to the norms of the courier company or post office. Ocean is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. However, we guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within a maximum of 15 working days from the date of order and payment, or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation. Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by the buyer or the address associated with the credit/debit card, unless specified otherwise at the time of order.
Ocean is not responsible for any damage to the packaging of the order during transit to the buyer.
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a processing update. Our warehouse will email you the tracking details along with carrier information to your registered email address. For faster communication, please feel free to contact us through the WhatsApp number linked on our website.
Please note that we begin processing your order soon after payment confirmation. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to change the shipping address. However, you can leave us a message by clicking on the "Contact Us" option, and if your address change can be accommodated, you will be notified via email.
To ensure the safe delivery of your products, all items are carefully packed in polythene bags and placed in sturdy corrugated boxes. We also offer a gift wrapping facility for an additional charge, which you can select during the review of your order in the cart. Additionally, you can include personalized messages with your orders at no extra cost. We encourage you to use non-offensive messages for a pleasant experience.
