Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email regarding the delivery of your order to the email address provided during registration. Shipping charges are calculated separately and can be viewed in your cart while reviewing your order. The shipping charge is determined based on the weight and destination of the product. If you order multiple products from the same category, the weights of all units will be combined, and a single delivery fee will be charged.
Once your order is shipped, it generally takes 2-8 business days for domestic (India) delivery and may take up to 14-20 business days for international orders. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in pristine condition. It should include all price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, and the invoice copy.

Shipping Timelines
All orders are shipped through recognized and registered courier services. The delivery of your shipment is subject to the norms of the courier company or post office. Ocean is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. However, we guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within a maximum of 15 working days from the date of order and payment, or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation. Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by the buyer or the address associated with the credit/debit card, unless specified otherwise at the time of order.
